ABOUT

We make artisanal 12” deck oven style pizza and all of our ingredients are hand made including our long-fermented sourdough with a mix of organic and local grains. We source organically and locally as often as possible. 

We focus on low-intervention and zero-zero wines made by small producers working regeneratively. The wines are ALIVE!!
